Program Structure & Investment
Foundation Session: We’ll begin by exploring your health history, goals, and current challenges to build a strong foundation for your journey with the Wahls Protocol®. This session provides clarity on where you are now and where you’d like to be, shaping a wellness plan that aligns with your lifestyle.

14 Bi-Monthly Coaching Sessions: You’ll receive ongoing support with two coaching sessions per month over seven months, designed to help you implement the Wahls Protocol® in a way that fits your life. We’ll review your progress, adjust strategies as needed, and dive deeper into key areas of the protocol, ensuring sustainable, long-term success.
Ongoing Support & Resources: Between sessions, you’ll have access to email support for questions, guidance, and accountability. Additionally, you’ll receive educational handouts to help integrate and apply what you’re learning.
